Direct from Paris - A Stunning Privately Commissioned 19th Century Sterling Silver  Gravy / Sauce Boat with Matching Serving Platter by Famed French Master Silversmith Albert Schiffmacher, circa early 1900s !!

These are stunning pieces in excellent condition.  The gray bowl  measures roughly 21.00 cm. long and 8.75 cm. wide at its widest point.  The accompanying serving platter measures 24 cm. long and 16 cm. across at its widest point.  The two pieces together stand roughly 9 cm. high and weight approximately 509 grams.  Both pieces bear the French government's Head of the Minerva - 1 hallmark, certifying a minimum of 950 sterling silver, as well as Albert Schiffmacher's manufacturer's hallmark.  Albert Schiffmacher operated in Paris at 37 rue de Montmorency.  These magnificent pieces are in unbelievably "like new" condition with no monograms - VERY RARE.
