This is an extremely high quality set in a very classic
pattern. It is even more stunning than can be reflected by
the photographs. The set is
in excellent condition with no monograms on any of the
pieces, and is offered at an
extraordinarily low price. It is extremely good value for money. Each
piece contains the French governments Head of the Minerva-1
Hallmark, signifying a minimum of 950 sterling (although
Puiforcat until the late 1930s used 958 sterling), along
with the Puiforcat hallmark and each piece is stamped "A.
Peter" the Puiforcat silversmith who made the set. Owned by Hermes, the House of
Puiforcat is considered the world's most luxurious
silversmith, with unparalleled craftsmanship and quality.
