This set is in very good condition and is of very high quality - although, the knife blade handles show some wear and the set is priced accordingly. Each piece bears the French Government's Head of the Minerva - 1 Hallmark, certifying a minimum of 950 sterling silver plus the "Bloch Eschwege" manufacturer's hallmark. The House of "Bloch Eschwege" operated at 42 rue Meslay in the 3rd district here in Paris between 1921 to 1946. This set is of exceptional quality and craftsmanship and includes the following (all weights and measures approximate):
