Each piece is stamped with the French Government's Head of the Minerva 1 Hallmark certifying a minimum of 950 sterling silver as well as the "J. Gruhier" sterling silver manufacturer's hallmark. J. Gruhier & Sons operated at 14 Rue de la Cordene here in Paris from 1897.
