Payment Policies:

We prefer payment via Paypal but have found for the larger amounts that a direct bank transfer is by far the most efficient payment method. Funds usually arrive from the US overnight and occasionally the same day if sent from the east coast. Bank details will be sent upon request.

We will accept payment via cashier’s check, a corporate check or certified check. All checks take about 6 weeks to clear and we can not shhip any products until funds have cleared. 

Shipping Policies:

We ship via federal express insured international delivery. Shipments usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours if there are no customs delays. Once FedEx has picked up your purchase, we will contact you via email and give you their tracking number so you can track the shipment on their site.

Money Back Guarantee:

If items are not as described in the listing we will of course offer you a full refund upon return of the items. Items must be returned within 7 days via FedEx using our priority FedEx shipping information.
